He holds a law degree from the University of São Paulo and a Master’s degree (LL.M.) from the University of Munich, where he is currently a Ph.D. candidate.
Francisco is a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich and Executive Editor of GRUR International. He completed his Ph.D. at the University of Munich and holds an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.
Roxana is an Affiliated Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich. She is a member of the Observatory of Buenos Aires and of the Board of Directors of the "Smart IP for Latin America" Association. She is Director of the Specialization Course in Negotiations and International Trade in Agro-industries, University of Buenos Aires.
Juan is an Affiliated Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich. He is a member of the Observatory of Buenos Aires and Secretary General of the "Smart IP for Latin America" Association. He holds a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires.
Lawyer from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, Doctor (Ph.D) in technology transfer from the University of Alicante Spain. He coordinates the Obervatorio in Bogotá and holds the position of research professor at the Universidad Externado de Colombia. Founding partner of the firm Guerrero Asociados, Propiedad Intelectual.
Nicolás is an Affiliated Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich. He is a member of the Observatory of Buenos Aires. He holds a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires and a Master’s degree (LL.M.) in IP from the University of Turin.
Matthias is a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich and Treasurer of the "Smart IP for Latin America" Association. He is active as a visiting lecturer at the Ludwig Maximilians University of Munich, the Europa-Kolleg of the University of Hamburg and the Tongji University in Shanghai.
Gabriel is an Affiliated Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich (Germany). He is part of the Observatory of Buenos Aires (Argentina). He is a Lawyer, graduated in Law and has a Master’s in Regional Development, both from the Regional University of Blumenau (Brazil).
